The teachers we are looking for:

  • have an out-of-the-box approach to their classes and a professional approach to their work
  • are comfortable with the digital world and have experience in remote teaching
  • have excellent contact with course participants
  • want to develop themselves in various fields related to teaching
  • are graduates of selected philological courses
  • have at least 2 years of experience in teaching English to adults
  • welcome if they have one of the certificates for teachers of English (e.g. CELTA, Delta).

    Case Study: People Can Fly and Eklektika – A Joint Journey into the World of Languages

    People Can Fly, one of Europe’s leading game developers, aiming to accelerate its global expansion and ensure effective communication within its international team of over 600 employees, identified the need to enhance its staff’s language skills, especially in business communication.

    Collaboration with Eklektika

    In response to these needs, People Can Fly and other companies within the Group decided in 2020 to collaborate with Eklektika. Our task was to create a comprehensive language training program that would enable the studio’s employees to communicate fluently in English – a language critical to the Company’s strategy – as well as in French and Polish.

    Training Objectives:

    • Strengthening International Communication: With improved foreign language skills, the studio’s employees could effectively collaborate with business partners from various countries and participate in international projects.
    • Improving Internal Communication: Fluent communication in English allowed for quicker information exchange between teams, contributing to increased work efficiency.

    • High Satisfaction: The average class rating was 4.7 out of 5, and the Net Promoter Score reached 8.5, reflecting very high participant satisfaction.
    • Visible Progress: 87% of participants noticed a significant improvement in their language skills, which translated into increased confidence in communicating in a foreign language.
    • Project Success: Thanks to their acquired language skills, the studio’s employees are successfully executing further international projects in collaboration with the world’s leading game publishers: Square Enix, Gearbox, and Microsoft.
