Language training that doesn’t create extra work for your HR team

Working with us isn’t just another project to manage. It’s a fully structured process with a clear plan, defined goals, and support at every stage. From day one, we take care of the entire setup: organizing groups, schedules, participant communication, and reporting. Everything is managed in one place — our platform — with no need for constant oversight, reminders, or follow-up emails like “Do I have a class today?”

Tailored to real needs — not just language levels

Instead of starting with a placement test, we begin with the goal:
– What does the team need the language for?
– What’s blocking them?
– What does their day-to-day look like?

Based on that, we tailor the format, content, trainer, and pace of the course. So from the very first session, participants know why they’re there — and the results show not just in reports, but in meetings, emails, presentations, and everyday communication.

Trainers who understand your industry

Not every teacher fits every team. That’s why we match trainers not only by language proficiency, but also by industry experience. A course for an IT team is run by someone who knows what a backlog or daily stand-up is. For a production team, it’s someone familiar with shift work and communication on the floor. This way, participants don’t need to explain the world they work in — the trainer gets it.

Training formats that fit your team’s real context

One size doesn’t fit all. That’s why we offer a variety of course formats based on your team’s goals, time constraints, and language level. This could mean:

• traditional live sessions with a trainer (1:1 or in small groups)
• blended learning: trainer-led sessions + self-paced e-learning
• hybrid models: trainer + AI-powered virtual tutor

We choose the right tools to ensure the learning process is effective and directly supports everyday communication at work.

Reports that provide real insight

Reports should be useful — not just filed away. That’s why we go beyond attendance and test scores. We highlight what’s happening in each group, who’s progressing, where obstacles appear, and what the trainer recommends — along with whether those recommendations are being implemented.

Speaking, not just learning the language

Our sessions focus on practical communication: real situations, conversation, and reacting under time pressure. We teach language as a tool for work — in calls with clients, under deadlines, between tasks. Participants learn to speak clearly, confidently, and effectively. It’s not just about “knowing the language” — it’s about using it.

A platform that simplifies, not complicates

Participants get easy access to learning materials, lesson links, notifications, and progress reports. HR has a clear overview of everything — without having to chase updates or manage multiple tools. It’s a system that works on its own. And you can focus on what matters most.

What does this mean for HR?

• fewer emails, fewer questions, less daily admin
• more clarity on what’s working — and why
• a course that truly supports your people’s work, not just looks good in a report
